Red Hen Chick has been formulated to be fed to a wide range of starting poultry such as meat bird and pullet chicks, waterfowl (ducklings and goslings), gamebirds (pheasants, quail, peacocks, guinea fowl, partridge) and turkey poults. Red Hen Chick is nutritionally balanced for essential nutrients such as protein, energy, vitamins and minerals to ensure strong growth, health and vitality in young chicks.

This product is unmedicated and suitable for chicks being vaccinated.

This nutritious diet is manufactured in micro crumble form for ease of consumption by small birds.

Red Hen Chick is a medication free diet.

Ingredients

Red Hen Chick is formulated from a selection of the following ingredients: Wheat, triticale, barley, oats, peas, lupins, lentils, beans, soybean, canola, sunflower and products derived from these ingredients.  Meat meal, fish meal, blood meal, fat, limestone, di-calcium phosphate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, bentonite, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, valine, antioxidant, and enzymes.  
Vitamins: A, D3, E, K, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), B12 (cobalamin) and choline.
Minerals: Calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, chloride, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, selenium and zinc.
