Please note, by purchasing eggs through this website or picking them up at the farm gate, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. Whilst all care is taken with breeding and packing, we cannot guarantee the hatchability of any eggs due to factors out of our control.
We hatch our own eggs throughout the year and follow up with clients and have a very good idea of how the pens are going at any given time. If any issue is detected, potentially affected buyers will be contacted.
We do not refund any eggs (including pick ups). We take extreme care in providing our customers with the very best quality in our fertile eggs, but cannot guarantee the hatchability of the eggs due to factors that are out of our control - we cannot account for postal damage, incubator malfunctioning, inexperienced users, power failures and so on.
If Australia Post have unusual delays or destroy your parcel we will give consideration to replacing the product for the cost of $30 for P&H - please take photographic evidence of broken eggs etc. Lost parcels will be re-sent free of charge.
Please read our incubation instructions as they will give you the best possible chance of success. We are committed to supporting our customers on their hatching journey but cannot take responsibility for what is out of our control.
Our eggs are posted on Mondays (Tuesdays for within the state) and sent with Express Post to minimise transit times. They are marked as Fragile - please indicate if that is not your preference. Should there be delays in transit this is out of our control and buyers need to be aware that purchasing needs to be done at own risk.
We recommend posting to PO Boxes or the least rural destinations you can reach to cut down on travel times with Aus Post.
